Can I cancel an order after receiving confirmation email?

Our crews are working hard to get those orders out of the door for you the same day, so unfortunately it would be too late. But mistakes happen, and you can choose to return the item by following our return process that you can find on our Returns & Refund page.

How do I return my product?

Orders placed before 11 AM MST typically ship on the same business day.

Any orders placed after 11AM MST will be shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier.

How do I track my order?

Your dashboard will be updated, and an email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is processed.

My order is marked delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?

Double-check your tracking number and surroundings. If still unresolved, contact the carrier handling the shipment.

Is shipping free?

Orders over $70 and subscriptions qualify for free shipping.
