This Subscription Policy applies to all subscription services offered by Thalassa, Inc, doing business as Naiad (“Naiad”), on our website www.naiadshop.com. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Enrollment:

• Customers wishing to subscribe to Naiad’s dietary supplements must first create an account at www.naiadshop.com.
• Upon account creation, customers can select their desired subscription package, including product type and delivery frequency.

2. Billing and Payment:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, according to the selected frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and credit cards.
• Secure processing of payments is handled through an external payment processor, the details of which will be provided upon its confirmation.
• The subscriber’s account will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Subscription Modification and Cancellation:

• Subscribers may modify or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
• Modifications can include changes in product selection, delivery frequency, or payment method.
• Cancellations are effective immediately; however, any shipments processed prior to cancellation will be charged as per the billing cycle.
• Requests for subscription cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

• Naiad reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Such changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days in advance.

5. Automatic Renewal:

• Unless cancelled by the subscriber, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.

6. Subscriber Obligations:

• Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
• Naiad is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to overdrawn or declined payments.

• Naiad reserves the right to amend this Subscription Policy at any time.
• Continued use of the subscription service after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
